Garment Tech & Compliance Coordinator - Growing Sportswear Brand
Fashion Personnel is looking for a proactive, detail-orientated recruit with a technical background and experience in sustainability and compliance for a growing sportswear brand, to support its design and supply chain teams.
This role is 5 days per week at their Glasgow head office.
Key Responsibilities of the Garment Tech & Compliance Coordinator:
- Support compliance processes, including documentation, testing, and audits
- Maintain accurate records and ensure products meet regulatory standards
- Assist with risk assessments and product testing
- Provide administrative support across the supply chain
- Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues
What Fashion Personnel is looking for:
- Compliance experience in a product-led environment.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Confident communicator and collaborative team player
- Experience within sportswear or athleisure is a plus
