M&E Project Manager
Location: Glasgow (ML4)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: £53,000 equivalent
Duration: Temp to Perm Duties
Be responsible for delivering a variety of Project Works on our customers sites across Scotland.
Have full accountability and responsibility for managing and delivery of multiple Project works ranging in value up to £2,000,000.
Consult with key clients and their stakeholders on project requirements and explain feasibility of their schemes to become a trusted advisor.
Develop and understand the full scope of works in line with the desired project outcomes and business case. This is to be within agreed budget requirements, risk profile, and satisfy business objectives in terms of profitability. Person Specification
Minimum of 5 years proven Project Management experience in an M&E, FM, construction, or critical environment
End to end project management experience being responsible for development through to completion
