Product Manager
Supports product management for Ascend Suites by defining localization and integration requirements, acting as the voice of the customer, and coordinating UAT/testing cycles. It collaborates with technical teams across SDLC phases, participates in defect triage, and assists senior product managers with backlog grooming and overall product management activities to deliver continuous business value.
1. Engages with MF, Global Ascend Liaisons, and other stakeholders on localization requirements definition.
2. Engages with the US product team to ensure existing Ascend Suite capabilities are enriched while also proactively working on Suite integration requirement definition.
3. Act as Voice of the Customer (MFs) to ensure features are prioritized, delivered per spec and meet business needs.
4. Coordinate UAT and testing cycles in collaboration with super users and QA teams.
5. As a product SME, engages with offering leaders and business community to advise on system features, use cases, and seek feedback for future product backlog grooming exercise.
6. Engages with technical teams to clarify requirements across SDLC phases.
7. Participates in QA/Defect Review phase and advises on triaging and prioritizing issues with a goal to ship the product and deliver continues value to the business.
8. Support Senior Product managers on product management activities.
2. Proficient in leading cross functional teams across different geographies and enterprise technology teams in planning product roadmap and executing the project as per the plan.
3. Expertise in technical project management enterprise scale cloud implementations.
4. Experience with SAFe methodology framework from planning to implementation along with the certification.
5. Knowledge in emerging technology concepts Gen AI, Agentic, RAG, LLM.
6. Experience in deploying systems with architecture frameworks like micro services, event-driven architecture.
7. Experience in using various Devops tools, CI/CD pipeline orchestration, AI/ML ops, Github.
