Breakfast Assistant
- Providing at all times excellent guest service, maintaining high standards and consistency of outstanding customer service.
- Greet our guests on arrival for breakfast with a warm and professional welcome at all times.
- Contribute to the hotel standards and delivery of customer service by sharing new ideas and suggestions for improvements; being innovative and creative to provide quality service and guest care.
- Strong communication with all colleagues.
- Practical experience in supervising a team is essential for this role.
- Ascertaining guest feedback and ensuring the information is passed to the management
- 'Hands-on' approach in the delivery of service.
- To interact and communicate with clients, guests and colleagues in a courteous, friendly and professional manner at all times.
- To be fully aware of all company policies and procedures.
- To be consistently well-groomed and professional in appearance and presentation at all times.
- To protect and promote the image of The Address Hotel at all times, both in print and verbally.
