Retail Travel Manager – Duties:

• Managing and motivating a team of travel sales consultants
• Product training
• Offering a cutting edge customer service
• Building relationships with customers
• Participating in exciting and inspirational FAM trips to increase product knowledge
• Responsible for the delivery and service for all aspects of the reservations process for clients travelling
• Holiday planning, educational / familiarisation trips and staff travel
• Team meetings and 1:1 meetings
• Manage promotions
• Enhance team’s product knowledge and ability to work effectively
• Arrange product training as well as relevant information and training for all ancillary products.

Retail Travel Manager – To be the cut above the rest:

• You must have travel agency or tour operator experience within sales management
• Good worldwide product knowledge
• Passionate about delivering excellent service
• ‘Can do’ attitude where nothing is too much trouble
• Excellent communication skills.
