Planner
Job Purpose
Responsible for delivering well-resourced, robust baseline project schedules, while working closely with project teams to develop schedules and reporting outputs that support successful project delivery.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate and produce project plans and associated documentation, including reporting outputs (e.g. S-curves, histograms, and tabulated resource/progress data)
- Ensure all services and deliverables align with company, client, and project requirements
- Foster strong working relationships with the planning team, wider project departments, and client representatives
- Promote company values and support the delivery of project health, safety, environmental, quality, and ethical standards, including adherence to relevant systems, policies, and procedures
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project planning and costing processes to meet our client’s business requirements
- Support priority management activities, including the use of Kanban methodologies
- Contribute to building capability across the business in the use of EVA/EVM systems, tools, and reporting
- Previous planning experience, ideally with responsibility for large-scale projects or significant work packages within major projects
- Proficient in Primavera P6
- Strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Project and Excel or Google Sheets
