Senior Projects Manager

We are now on the lookout for an experienced Senior Projects Manager to take the lead on a national FM contract, delivering M&E and building fabric projects across the UK. Based at our head office in Uddingston, you’ll be at the heart of it all, driving performance, leading teams and ensuring strong commercial performance across the contract.

This is a big role with real influence and is perfect for someone who enjoys the balance of people, projects and commercial responsibility.

The Role

• Lead project delivery across a national FM contract portfolio

• Manage and developing a team of Regional Project Managers and wider delivery teams

• Own the commercials, including budgets, forecasting and cost control

• Act as Principal Contractor and ensuring everything is delivered safely and in line with CDM 2015 regulations

• Oversee lifecycle, capital and reactive works programmes

• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients

• Lead on governance, reporting and overall contract performance

• Keep delivery consistent, safe and fully compliant at all times

What You’ll Bring

• Experience operating at Senior Project Manager level within FM, managing multi-site or national contracts

• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive performance

• Confidence managing and developing teams across a regional or national footprint

• Experience acting as Principal Contractor (CDM 2015)

• Strong stakeholder and client management skills

• Deep understanding of hard services and building fabric

• Valid SMSTS certification

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline - Construction, Engineering, FM or similar would be a bonus
