Warranty Administrator
Vertu Nissan Renault Hub – based in Glasgow
Our Nissan & Renault Warranty Hub plays a vital role in supporting our retailers, and we’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Warranty Administrator to join the team in Glasgow.
This role offers a salary of £26,436.80, plus an excellent range of company benefits and an annual bonus opportunity of up to £1,200 (£100 per month).
The position is Monday to Friday, with hybrid working available following the completion of training.
What you’ll be doing
Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing warranty claims submitted by our dealerships
- Submitting claims accurately and in line with manufacturer standards
- Ensuring all invoiced jobs are processed and supporting the Accounts team with warranty payment reconciliation
- Managing and resolving rejected warranty claims
- Communicating clearly and professionally with internal teams
What we’re looking for
- Previous administrative experience
- Are comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Can organise your workload and work accurately with data
- Enjoy working as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with information, is confident using computers, and thrives in a busy, collaborative environment. While experience in a similar role or within the motor trade is welcome, it isn’t essential — we’re just as interested in your admin skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
