Scholar (Fixed Term Contract)

WHAT IS THE SCHOLAR PROGRAMME?
In 2019, we launched the Bacardi UK Supply Student Scholarship Programme . Over the years it has formed part of our talent pipeline, in conjunction with our Graduate Programme .
As part of our Student Scholarship Programme, you will acquire a range of skills, knowledge and valuable practical experience.
Your rotation may be in one of our various functions (such as distilling, bottling, supply chain, bulk, blending, new product development, procurement, finance, etc.) and work on projects at one of our 8 operational sites across the UK during your university summer holidays.
We will also assign you a Mentor/Coach related to a specific field of Global Operations.
PROGRAMME DETAILS
• Complete paid work placements at our operations sites (generally 2-3 months) during your University holiday period.
• Working on a specific project in a designated function/department.
At the end of the programme, there may be a longer-term opportunity in the Bacardi family, with the possibility of transitioning into our two-year rotational Global Graduate Programme.
