Quantity Surveyor – Hybrid (Permanent) | Competitive salary + Benefits

- Prepare and analyse project budgets, bills of quantities, and tender documentation
- Procure subcontractors and manage contract documentation in line with company standards
- Certify interim payments and manage valuations, variations, and claims accurately
- Identify and manage commercial risks and assist with cost value reconciliations
- Build strong relationships between commercial and site teams to support project delivery
- Ensure compliance with JCT and NEC contracts, driving cost-effective project outcomes
What we’re looking for:
- Degree qualified with strong civil engineering sector experience (the projects will mainly be on marine, ports, floods, defences)
- Excellent knowledge of construction contracts, particularly JCT and NEC forms
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation and communication skills
- Organised, proactive, able to meet deadlines and work independently
- Willingness to travel occasionally to sites across Scotland
