We are looking for a suitably experienced person for a permanent role with a fantastic Learning & Development and Training company in Glasgow, who now require an additional Account Administrator to work closely with both colleagues and clients.
They require someone who has previous experience in a similar Administration function within a busy SME business to become an integral team member of a company who are committed to the highest levels of customer care and who are viewed from their clients as being a key business partner and trusted advisor. Experience within L&D or Training would be of keen interested but this is not essential.
Within this busy role your responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating and scheduling training and qualifications.
• Maintaining accurate records of all training activities, including attendance, evaluations and feedback.
• Supporting the development and implementation of training programs.
• Communicating with trainers and trainees to ensure that all training needs are met.
• Liaising directly with client and training / qualification suppliers via email, telephone and online meetings.
• Supporting the evaluation of training effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement.
To carry out this role you will require the following:
• Proven experience as a corporate administrator.
• An outgoing and personable nature.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) would be nice but is not entirely essential.
