As a Personal Tax Manager , you'll lead the delivery of complex compliance services to a broad and loyal client base, working within a collaborative and people-first firm known for its supportive culture and strong technical reputation.

As a Personal Tax Manager, you will:

• Take ownership of a portfolio of personal tax clients, delivering accurate and timely compliance services.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and provide ad hoc advisory support aligned with compliance needs.
• Identify opportunities to add value and extend services, working collaboratively across teams.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues, fostering growth, knowledge sharing, and development.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Significant experience in UK personal tax compliance, ideally within a practice environment.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to manage workflow, support junior staff, and deliver quality work under pressure.
• Comfortable operating at a managerial level and contributing to team strategy and process improvement.
