Role Definition: The Stores Administrator is responsible for providing full ownership of stores, stock intake, and stores reporting. This includes cEnsuring accuracy of stock counts and raising, Raising concerns when inventory seems low and monitoring levels to ensure we have the correct stock in at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Management of label room staffing and ensuring appropriate cover across all shifts.
Ensuring accuracy of stock counts and raising
Raising concerns when inventory seems low
Raising concerns with faulty labels
Management of label stocks within the M3 system
Working alongside the team to ensure correct levels of stock
Working alongside our Ingredients & Packaging Buyer to ensure correct levels at all times.
Reporting and efficient tracking of store levels
All store related queries and concerns dealt with promptly and efficiently.
Pay & Shift Pattern: negotiable & 40 hours per week.
