Warehouse Manager

Go Swag
Glasgow
About Go Swag

We’re reinventing the corporate gifting industry through technology.

Founded by tech entrepreneurs, Go Swag is moving beyond traditional "merch." We believe that software, AI, and smart automation can completely transform how the world’s biggest brands celebrate, reward, and build relationships. While the rest of the industry has been slow to change, we are building a future where technology powers personalisation at scale and operational excellence.

From onboarding packs for new hires to global event giveaways, we deliver sustainable, premium merchandise that recipients actually love and use for years. We handle the entire end-to-end lifecycle - design, production, global storage, and distribution - making branded gifting effortless and borderless.

Why join us?

  • Elite Client Base: We are trusted by the most influential companies on the planet, including Meta, Intel, Unilever, ElevenLabs, and Lovable.

  • Tech as a Differentiator: We aren't just a gifting company; we are a tech-first platform using NextJS, AI, and automation to disrupt a global market.

  • Sustainability without Compromise: We champion high-quality, recycled products, moving the industry away from gimmicks and toward long-lasting impact.

The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Warehouse Manager to take the reins of our fulfilment engine refining a premium, global logistics operation. You will lead our warehouse team to ensure every curated gift reflects the excellence our enterprise clients expect.

As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for optimising space, managing a growing team, and ensuring our 100% accuracy standard never slips. If you are a process-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, design-led environment and has a passion for sustainable logistics, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do

  • Operational Excellence: Lead the daily charge. You’ll oversee picking, packing, and dispatch schedules, ensuring every item leaves the building on time and on brand with 100% precision.

  • Inventory Strategy & Precision: Own stock records. You’ll lead our inventory management, optimising storage slotting and "Goods In" processes to maintain absolute stock accuracy through regular cycle counts.

  • Process Improvement: Audit and refine the workflow. You’ll use your initiative and experience to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and ensure our warehouse operations remain sustainable and lean.

  • Health, Safety & Compliance: Keep the hub ship-shape. You’re accountable for H&S standards, MHE maintenance, and facility compliance, ensuring a secure and pristine working environment.

  • Quality Gold Standard: Act as the final line of defense. You’ll set the bar for QA, ensuring every pack that leaves the building is a perfect representation of the Go Swag brand.

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-functioning team. You’ll manage rotas and KPIs while fostering a culture of pride, attention to detail, and collaborative "mucking in."

  • Budgeting & Performance: Drive the bottom line. You’ll manage warehouse budgets, control costs, and prepare clear reports on operational metrics like efficiency and accuracy.

Essential Skills

  • You have proven experience in warehouse leadership and a history of transforming complex spaces into high-output, precision-led facilities from scratch.

  • You don’t just follow processes; you create them. You can design warehouse systems from the ground up—from slotting logic to dispatch workflows—ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and bulletproof.

  • You jump from high-level capacity planning to "mucking in" on the warehouse floor during peak periods without missing a beat.

  • You are proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software, using data to drive every decision you make.

  • You understand that our brand lives in the details. You spot workflow bottlenecks or packaging flaws from across the room and don't rest until they are fixed.

  • You hire, train, and mentor a crew that takes as much pride in the "perfect pack" as you do. You foster a team that mucks in and hits every deadline.

  • You treat safety as a priority, not a checkbox. You ensure the team stays protected and the facility remains in top-tier, audit-ready condition at all times.

Growth Mindset Over Checklists: We’re looking for impact, not just a perfect cv. If you’re excited about this role but don't check every single box, we still want to hear from you. We see these requirements as a guide; what matters most is your potential to contribute, your passion for our mission, and your ability to solve complex problems.

Benefits

  • Enjoy 30 days’ annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), including a company-wide Christmas closure. We believe in a hard reset at the end of the year so everyone can disconnect and recharge without the "inbox anxiety".

  • This role includes an equity package, ensuring you have a real stake in the company’s success as we scale toward our next major milestones.

  • You’ll receive a high-spec MacBook (Pro/Air) tailored to your specific role, whether that’s a "souped-up" machine for heavy design/FE engineering or a portable powerhouse for driving global sales.

  • We offer enhanced parental leave, offering 12 weeks’ full pay + 12 weeks’ half pay for primary care-givers and 4 weeks’ full pay for secondary care-givers, ensuring you can focus on what matters most during those first few months.

  • As an early hire in a scaling team, you won't just follow a playbook, you'll help write it. Your work directly shapes our product and culture.

  • We don't just hire for where you are, but where you're going. Benefit from fully funded training and professional development tailored to your career goals.

  • You’ll join a flat structure where you’re encouraged to act like an owner, with the unique opportunity to influence your own career path.

  • We’re a collaborative, friendly team with a dog-friendly office (because sometimes the best brainstorming happens during a pet break).

  • We offer a Company Pension to help you plan ahead and a Cycle-to-Work scheme for a greener, healthier commute.

  • You'll get the full Go Swag experience: premium, sustainable curated gift packs to celebrate your own milestones.

Go Swag is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. All employment is decided on the basis of qualifications, merit, and business need, ensuring that every candidate is treated fairly regardless of background or identity.
