Resource Coordinator
Location: Uddingston

We’re now looking for a Resource Coordinator to join our team at our Head Office in Uddingston.
If you’re organised, detail focused and enjoy being at the centre of a busy, fast-moving environment, this could be a great fit. You’ll play a key role within our team, helping to keep our help desk running smoothly day to day.
This role is office based and working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm and Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm
The Role
This is a varied, fast paced role where no two days are quite the same. You’ll be:
Responding to client calls and emails, providing timely and professional updates.
Raising and issuing Purchase Orders (PO’s) to engineers and subcontractors
Creating and managing job requests from incoming queries, ensuring SLA compliance.
Keeping clients informed and ensuring clear communication throughout.
Uploading and updating reports and planners as required.
What we are looking for
Previous experience in a similar role within facilities service) or a similar environment)
Strong organisational skills and a logical, methodical approach
Excellent attention to detail
Confident IT skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
Strong verbal and written communication skills
