Resource Coordinator

We’re now looking for a Resource Coordinator to join our team at our Head Office in Uddingston.

If you’re organised, detail focused and enjoy being at the centre of a busy, fast-moving environment, this could be a great fit. You’ll play a key role within our team, helping to keep our help desk running smoothly day to day.

This role is office based and working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm and Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm

The Role

This is a varied, fast paced role where no two days are quite the same. You’ll be:

• Responding to client calls and emails, providing timely and professional updates.

• Raising and issuing Purchase Orders (PO’s) to engineers and subcontractors

• Creating and managing job requests from incoming queries, ensuring SLA compliance.

• Keeping clients informed and ensuring clear communication throughout.

• Uploading and updating reports and planners as required.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in a similar role within facilities service) or a similar environment)

• Strong organisational skills and a logical, methodical approach

• Excellent attention to detail

• Confident IT skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly

• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
