Architect / Experienced Technician
We are looking for an experienced Architect/Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have five years + experience (post qualification) and will be responsible for architectural design project management and contract administration.

Role Description
This is a full time, office based role for an experienced architect. The candidate will be responsible for architectural design, project management and contract administration.
Qualifications
Architect/Experienced Technician with minimum experience of 5 years post qualification
Project Management
MOD/ Transport
Strong technical skills with knowledge and understanding of building standards / regulations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work well in a team.
Experience with sustainable design practices.
Proficiency in relevant architectural software. Must have experience in Revit. Autocad optional.
Healthcare experience beneficial.
