Conveyancing Paralegal (West End of Glasgow)
- Prepare and review legal documentation related to property transactions.
- Conduct searches and investigations on property titles.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in property transactions.
- Maintain accurate records and manage case files efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts, leases, and other legal agreements.
- Provide support to solicitors and other team members as required.
- Handle client queries and provide updates on the progress of cases.
