What you'll do as a Head of Applications & Data:
Shape the future of our application and data landscape, setting a clear strategy across the full application lifecycle while partnering closely with vendors as their products evolve.
Build, inspire, and grow a high-performing team, creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and able to develop new skills as the business scales.
Evolve how the team works, improving efficiency and effectiveness by making the most of our global footprint and close collaboration with the supply chain.
Advance our business intelligence capabilities, ensuring they keep pace with new technologies, support performance management, and are underpinned by strong data governance and high-quality data.
Improve usability and automation across core systems and processes, enabling teams to work smarter and supporting rapid, sustainable growth.
Provide confidence and resilience across our application and data estate by ensuring robust IT controls and SOX compliance.
