Administrator - 12 Month FTC
The Opportunity:
Ashurst Service Central (ASC) supports the firm to deliver smart and scalable business services. An experienced team of problem solvers and service professionals are designing a "one stop shop" for essential services across the employee and client lifecycles.
The aim is to create a business service engine which will support our progressive law firm. Since 2020, ASC has a team over 100 service professionals operating primarily out of Brisbane and Glasgow responsible for delivering a joined-up user experience across a number of essential services.
Within the ASC Connect Team we focus on providing our clients and stakeholders an efficient service for their day to day requests, enabling them to focus on what is important to them.
The ASC Connect Administrator role sits within the ASC Connect Team who are first point of contact for our clients. They are responsible for facilities helpdesk enquiries and meeting room bookings. ASC Connect team are responsible for various administration tasks for other areas to include ergonomics assessments and organisational charts for Business services.
This is a full-time role on an initial 12 month fixed term basis, based predominantly from home, with some office attendance required on occassion.
Working Hours:
Working hours for this role are 37.5 hours per week, to be worked the following hours:
- Monday - Thursday, 12.30pm - 9pm, with 1 hour break
- Friday, 9.30am - 6pm, with 1 hour break
Some flexibility with working hours could be considered

About you:
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on service quality
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident, proactive communicator across all levels
- Competent user of Microsoft Word and Excel (basic to intermediate level)
- Switchboard or high-volume call handling experience is advantageous
