Speedy are the UK's leading hire provider with the widest range of tools, specialist hire equipment, plant and support services - everything for every job!Job Title - Asset and Fulfilment OperativeLocation - GlasgowWorking Hours - Mon - Fri, 07:30 - 16:30 - 42 hours per weekBased in the depot, the Asset and Fulfilment Operative is a vital part of operations on the front line of sales and customer service.Relationship building is the key to success, as the Asset and Fulfilment Operative coordinates the entire hire process from taking the order through to delivery and collection, liaising with every part of the depot to ensure the needs of the customer are met and that they're satisfied with our service.On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to be desk-based, working directly with the other departments, liaising regularly with stock teams, drivers and engineers to ensure minimal delay in fulfilling the needs of the customer with readily available equipment and close contact.For us to, reducing core contracted hours, supporting colleague wellbeing, and identifying more balanced work patterns for our colleagues which is a huge step in realising our ambition of putting our People First.
