Job Summary:
As a Senior Front-End Engineer in our development team, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable front-end solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences. Your role will involve mentoring junior developers and promoting best practices in coding and testing. You will help drive technical decisions and ensure the feasibility of UI/UX designs. Together, we will create innovative products that delight our users.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and launch of scalable web applications with a focus on quality and user experience
  • Architect scalable and maintainable front-end solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences
  • Review code, provide constructive feedback, and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and documentation
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end development
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and code reviews
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • Conduct load and performance testing to ensure optimal responsiveness and stability

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel)
  • Hands-on experience with React.js and its core principles
  • Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Context API)
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience with relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and optimization
  • Experience in Java and Spring Boot for backend development and system architecture
  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) is a plus
  • Knowledge of TypeScript is a plus

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience with server-side rendering and Node.js
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes and DevOps practices
  • Exposure to cloud platforms with a focus on Kubernetes
  • Understanding of accessibility and security compliance
