What you’ll do
• Lead smooth, efficient shifts • Train and support new Baristas • Energise and motivate your team • Maintain high standards across service and coffee excellence • Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep everything running well • Working with Store Manager in all KPIs to achieve company's goalWho you are
