Contract Administrator

Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and ready to play a key part in keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Contract Administrator to join our busy team in Uddingston, providing essential support that keeps our maintenance operations on track.

This is a fully office based role. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm and Friday 8:00am -3:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days will be the same. You’ll sit at the heart of a national, multi disciplinary team making sure everything flows seamlessly from start to finish:

• Preparing and issuing accurate maintenance reports.

• Coordinating and scheduling new and ongoing maintenance contracts.

• Managing asset records and ensuring compliance documentation is up to date.

• Uploading and maintaining client portal information for easy access.

• Working closely with managers, sub-contractors, engineers, and clients throughout the full contract lifecycle.

• Keeping our internal systems updated with accurate data.

• Monitoring financial reports and ensuring timely invoicing and billing.

• Processing credit and re-bill requests, as well as handling monthly sales invoicing.

• Sharing feedback and recommendations with both colleagues and clients to keep improving the way we work.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a contracts role , ideally in a facilities management environment.

• Superb organisational skills and a methodical approach to your work.

• Strong attention to detail, you spot things others might miss.

• Confident IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office.

• Great communication, both written and verbal with the ability to build positive relationships.

• A proactive, can-do attitude and the drive to keep learning.

• Strong UK geographical knowledge is a bonus.
