We’re looking for an ambitious, early-career Business Development Manager to take ownership of new business across Scotland — with a clear path to Regional Sales Manager, building and leading your own team.

The Role

* 100% new business focus across the Central Belt and wider Scotland

* Target sectors include; Security, Construction, Hospitality, Industrial, Airports, Hospitals

* Selling a cost-saving, ROI-driven solution — easy to demonstrate value

* Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close

* Identifying upsell opportunities across the wider product portfolio

* Building a pipeline and developing long-term customer relationships

What We’re Looking For

* 1–3 years’ sales experience (B2B or B2C)

* Background could include popular B2B products/solutions like Telecomms, Mobiles, Utilities, Payments etc.

* Strong communication skills and confidence engaging new customers

* Driven, ambitious and motivated by earning potential

* Someone who wants to progress into leadership and build a team
