• Work on high-value, complex transactions across multiple sectors
• Advise on investments, mergers and acquisitions, disposals, shareholder arrangements, and employee share incentive schemes

About You We're looking to speak with commercially minded and ambitious lawyers who:

• 1-3 PQE Solicitor with experience in Corporate law
