Salary: Care SCP 20 -23 (£25,877.80 - £27,925) per annum

Location: Wayfinder Outreach (North East)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37 hours per week

We currently have an exciting opportunity for talented Help Desk Co-ordinator , to join our team at the WAYfinder Outreach North East Service as we embark on the next stage of our journey delivering a truly outstanding, highly personalised wraparound support service.

As a Help Desk Co-ordinator You will work as part of a core team within Wheatley Care to provide effective secretarial, clerical, administrative and customer services across all aspects of the service.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Experience of providing administrative support to a busy team.
  • experience of handling confidential information appropriately
  • be able to assist in delivering an outstanding service
  • Excellent IT skills with experience in effectively using Microsoft software; and
  • Experience of collating, organising and analysing data.

This role is subject to a satisfactory PVG Disclosure Check.
