Administrator - Glasgow
24,500 Monday to friday Full-Time
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy and growing team based in Glasgow city centre.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a vibrant, bubbly personality who enjoys working with people and being part of a sociable, fast-paced office environment.
The Role:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support across the team
- Handling client queries via phone and email
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Assisting with general office coordination and processes
- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks
What We're Looking For:
- Previous administrative experience
- A confident, outgoing and personable individual
- Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking with clients
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Someone who will bring energy to the team and fit into a lively office environment
What's on Offer:
- Salary of 24,500
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (Friday work from home)
