Employment Lawyer

You will join a busy, high-quality employment law team and manage a full caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Provide commercially-oriented advice to both employer and employee clients
- Lead and progress matters from instruction through to resolution or litigation
- Contribute to the development and growth of the team and the wider firm
Applicants will be a minimum of 4 years post qualified and will have a proven track record of independently managing a caseload.
Salary will be dependant on experience and the firm offers flexibility and a great work/life balance.
