Refrigeration Supervisor
As a Refrigeration Supervisor you will be joining a part of a larger team of multi skilled engineers on Industrial Sites across Glasgow. Supervising a team of 6 Refrigeration Engineers, You will be required to undertake planned, responsive and cyclical maintenance work on the following tasks as a static electrician:
- Ensures the Preventive Maintenance Program and Maintenance Work Orders for Maintenance and Refrigeration are being performed properly by the crew members.
- Responsible for the safety of the mechanics, refrigeration operators, and the equipment of the facility inside and outside including the waste water area.
- Works with the Maintenance Manager on all projects to insure they are completed properly and safely.
- Works directly with contractors to insure their jobs are completed properly and safely per our company policies.
- Uses downtime records to help improve efficiencies.
- Insures all safety programs are being adhered to by employees and contractors.
- Maintains training records on all Maintenance and Refrigeration employees and keeps them updated as required.
- Maintains log records on various equipment, timesheets, green sheets, and scheduled day off records. City and Guilds Level 2 Air Conditioning
