Lock Global Recruitment is working with a client who manages a portfolio of high-end properties across Ayrshire and Glasgow, and we are looking for an experienced Booking Manager / Guest Relationship Manager to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer experience, hospitality, and brand growth, working within a premium property environment.
The Role:
• Managing bookings across a portfolio of luxury properties
• Delivering exceptional guest experience and relationship management
• Handling enquiries and ensuring smooth communication from booking to stay
• Supporting and building brand awareness through social media
• Managing and updating booking systems
✅ What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in a similar role (hospitality / property / short-term lets)
✔ Strong background using booking systems
✔ Experience building brand presence via social media
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Organised, proactive, and professional
