This position provides essential administrative support to the Project teams in relation to document management processes, project governance, information management and key interface activities. - Maintain the SharePoint and Teams site ensuring file plan, document control and naming convention is followed in accordance policy and both are maintained and updated regularly, including team workstreams, diary and project documents.
- Manage the mailbox including monitoring and coordinating responses relating to the work of the team and distributing information and communications to both the team and key stakeholders.
- Co-ordinate governance meetings, ensuring documents are prepared and circulated by agreed timeframes, producing actions and decisions and ensuring follow up actions are progressed and updated within the time frames.
- Support the development of project trackers, reporting dashboards, briefing presentations, process diagrams and organisational charts.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, project teams and key stakeholders.
