Location: Glasgow, G42 9BA

Contract: 25 hours per week (job share). Predominately Monday to Friday 8am - 1pm / 12.00 - 5pm. Occasional weekend working will be required during major events.

Salary: £19,500 per annum + excellent benefits. Free parking. Uniform provided.

We are now looking for 2 exceptional Front of House Hosts to join our team at Barclays Hampden, Scotland's National Stadium. We are looking for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences and takes pride in providing a professional and friendly reception service. As Front of House Host, you will be based at the main reception and will play a key role in ensuring every visitor receives a warm, professional welcome. You'll be the first impression of the stadium so professionalism, organisation and customer service are key. This is an exciting opportunity to work at Scotland's national stadium, supporting guests, clients and visitors while playing a key role in the day-to-day front of house operations. What You'll Do



  • Welcoming and assisting all stadium visitors and guests

  • Managing the main reception and visitor check-in / check-out

  • Handling the stadium switchboard and incoming calls professionally

  • Supporting guest requests and providing local and stadium information

  • Managing deliveries, post and internal communications

  • Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception environment

  • Supporting hospitality guest arrivals on major event days

  • Providing administrative support to the wider operations team

What You Bring



  • Previous receptionist, front of house or administrative experience

  • A professional and confident telephone manner

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Strong organisational and multitasking ability

  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to use initiative

  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Office

  • A smart and professional appearance

  • The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
