The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will:

• Lead your own section to a Michelin standard
• Work closely with our Head and Sous Chefs to deliver consistent, beautifully executed dishes
• Contribute to seasonal dish development and creative refinement
• Take ownership of your mise en place, ordering, task prioritisation, and standards
• Uphold a calm, supportive, and professional atmosphere in the kitchen

This role is ideal for a talented Commis Chef ready to take the next step in a nurturing, ambitious team.
