Are you an experienced Soft Services Manager looking for a unique opportunity to be part of one of Glasgow’s most high-profile sporting events? Our client, a leading Facilities Management provider, is delivering soft services across several flagship venues throughout the city, and they are seeking a highly capable Soft Services Managers to join their team on a fixed-term contract.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to play a central role in the mobilisation, operation and demobilisation of multiple major venues during an internationally recognised sporting programme held in Glasgow.

As the Soft Services Manager, you will be the on-site lead for all cleaning operations, acting as the main point of contact for the client and ensuring excellent service delivery throughout. You will manage cleaning teams, coordinate operations across large-scale, fast-paced environments, and ensure the venues meet elite-level standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage cleaning teams across a high-profile Glasgow venues

Oversee mobilisation, daily delivery and demobilisation stages

Act as the on-site client liaison and primary point of contact

*

Ensure service excellence in a fast-paced, operational environment

*

Manage staffing levels, rotas, training and performance

*

Maintain high standards of presentation and compliance

*

React quickly to operational needs during busy event schedules

Proven experience in cleaning or soft services management

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams

Confident liaising with stakeholders and senior clients

Highly organised, adaptable and calm under pressure

Comfortable working in dynamic, high-energy event environments

Available to commit from late January / early February through to August
