Accounts Payable
- Process and code invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of payment runs and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to address and resolve queries.
- Support month-end closing activities by preparing relevant reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company standards.
- Provide assistance with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by the Accounting & Finance team.
