Job Title: Interim Finance Business Partner

Location: Edinburgh / Glasgow (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum (PAYE)

Contract: Interim 3 month contract, with potential for Temp-to-Perm - Immediate Start

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a growing organisation on an interim basis, providing hands-on financial insight and business support. This is a key role offering exposure to strategic decision-making and the opportunity to help shape the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to deliver financial planning, reporting, and analysis

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Provide insight on cost control and operational efficiency

• Contribute to strategic initiatives and business improvement projects

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified accountant preferred (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), but QBE candidates will also be considered

• Experience in facilities management or related sector is highly desirable

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Comfortable working independently and delivering under tight deadlines
