The Role: This is a sales-first recruitment role focused on generating revenue, building your client base, and becoming a top performer within your market. You’ll be given the platform, tools, and support — but your success will be driven by your attitude, energy, and ambition. What you’ll be doing: • Winning new business through proactive sales activity (calls, meetings, networking)
• Building and developing long-term client partnerships
• Identifying opportunities within your specialist sector
• Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal close
• Working closely with delivery teams to fill roles and generate revenue
• Developing your own market and personal brand
• Driving consistent billings and pushing towards top biller status What we’re looking for: • Minimum 12 months sales experience (essential)
• A strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
• A relentless, “can-do” attitude with a hunger to win
• Competitive, resilient, and commercially driven mindset
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
