commercial gas supervisor
I'm currently recruiting for a commercial gas supervisor to cover a variety of commercial contracts in Scotland. No previous supervisory experience is required, the client is keen to speak to both experienced supervisors, and commercial gas engineers keen to take the next step in their career. Duties will include:
- Manage a small team of commercial gas engineers, dealing with problems, organising remedial works, quotes, etc.
- Ensure the facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the performance standards of the contract
- Carry out minor works installations including testing and inspection, and on completion, issue valid test certificates
- Undertake planned, responsive and cyclical maintenance work
- Undertake maintenance duties in such a manner to support the objectives of the client
- Ensure safe operation of all plant, equipment and tools Experience of being a gas engineer in installation and maintenance work
- Must be registered with Gas safe
- Experience in commercial/industrial gas installations
- Driving Licence is essential
