A leading professional services firm is seeking a Real Estate Transaction Tax Director to join its high performing deals tax team. This is a senior leadership opportunity advising on complex UK and international real estate transactions for global investors, funds, multinationals and institutions. The role

* Lead transaction tax advice on major direct and indirect real estate deals across multiple sectors and jurisdictions
* Act as the overall deal architect, setting scope, focus and delivering impactful, commercially aligned outputs
* Manage engagements, assess risk and support senior leadership with proposals and origination
* Build trusted relationships with sophisticated investors, REITs, pension funds, private equity and listed groups
* Coach, mentor and upskill colleagues, fostering a strong technical and commercial culture

About you

* Strong background in real estate tax or UK corporate tax with material experience on transactions
* Proven leadership credentials with the ability to develop and inspire teams
* Confident communicator with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders
* Tax or accounting qualification, or equivalent international experience
