QA Placement
THE ROLE:
We are offering a great opportunity for an undergraduate to gain exceptional experience in the food industry where you will be exposed to many areas within the Technical Department and others when required. We are keen to have an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who will bring new ideas, thoughts and energy to the department. This is a great opportunity to excel yourself and develop on the skills you have already developed so far.
- Organise and prepare products for daily taste panels
- Presentations and customer meetings
- Complete Quality assessments on products prior to cooking to meet customer specifications
- Travel to customers/ attend shows and prepare cooked samples if required
- Recording & collating taste panel records and other quality assessment data as required
- Support in other areas of the technical team as required and any other duties as required by your manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completing a third level qualification in a relevant discipline
- Be an excellent communicator with a real drive to succeed and to make a difference to our business
- Good computer skills
- A flexible approach is essential to be able to deal with the challenges that you will be faced with
- A willingness and drive to learn and develop yourself further
- Able to work effectively on your own using your initiative and in a team environment
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Must be willing to travel as required
