Senior Site Manager Required for a Big Development in Glasgow

Your new role
An excitingopportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join the team on acomplex and busy site in the centre of Glasgow. You will oversee theconstruction of an 18-storey, approximately 600-room building from the groundup. The project will involve the use of post-tensioned (PT) slabs andreinforced concrete (RC) frames, among other advanced construction techniques.This role requires a strong background in managing large-scale constructionprojects and a keen eye for detail to ensure the successful delivery of thisambitious development.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed for thisrole, you will need:
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS - Black card
- Fire Marshall.
- Previous experience with complex projects.
- Experience with RC frames, PT slabs and other advanced construction techniques.
