Bathroom Sales Consultant
The Client
Our client is a well-established, financially secure business with deep roots in the trade sector and a growing reputation within the premium bathroom market.
Having successfully expanded from a strong trade foundation into a customer-facing bathroom operation, the business continues to grow through reputation, service standards and a consultative approach to sales.
They have developed a strong relationship with a prestigious bathroom brand and are now investing further in their Glasgow operation due to sustained demand and increasing enquiry levels.
This is a growth hire, not a replacement.
The Candidate
You are an experienced bathroom showroom sales professional with a proven track record of converting enquiries into completed projects.
You are comfortable discussing layouts, product selection and practical installation considerations, and you understand how to guide customers through higher-value residential purchases.
You take pride in doing things properly. You value service, reputation and long-term relationships.
You are commercially aware, motivated by performance and confident managing your own customers and sales pipeline within a professional environment.
The Role
This is a senior, sales-led bathroom position with responsibility for managing customers from initial consultation through to completion.
You will take ownership of bathroom sales within the Glasgow operation, guiding customers through considered purchasing decisions and ensuring a professional, customer-first experience throughout.
Sales are delivered through knowledge, trust and responsiveness rather than hard-sell tactics. The focus is on understanding customer requirements properly and building long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
You will manage your own pipeline, handle follow-up and conversion, and work closely with installers and trade professionals where required.
An experienced design team provides support, allowing you to concentrate on consultation, customer management and commercial outcomes.
