Purchase Ledger Clerk
- Processing invoices and ensuring accuracy of financial records.
- Maintaining and reconciling purchase ledger accounts.
- Preparing and processing supplier payments in a timely manner.
- Responding to supplier queries and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
- Assisting with month-end processes, including ledger reconciliations.
- Ensuring all financial records comply with company policies and regulations.
- Supporting the wider Accounting & Finance team with ad hoc tasks.
- Contributing to process improvements within the purchase ledger function.
