Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple commercial construction projects across Scotland from inception to completion
• Ensure all works comply with contractual agreements, company standards, and statutory regulations
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources, proactively identifying efficiencies and mitigating risks
• Lead, mentor, and support site teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
