Territory Sales Manager - Agriculture

We’re seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to promote a trusted range of animal nutrition and farm products, working directly with livestock farmers to drive success on the ground. Whether you’re an experienced sales professional or someone with agricultural experience ready to take the next step in your career, this role offers the opportunity to grow, make a difference, and be part of a company committed to long-term progress in the agricultural sector.
Location: Scotland Central Belt - West (Field based and remote)

The Role:
- Promote a range of animal nutrition and farm products directly to livestock farmers within a defined territory
- Plan and deliver a territory sales strategy to grow turnover, volume and customer numbers while maintaining existing accounts.
- Visit farms to assess needs, provide practical nutrition advice and present technical product solutions that improve herd performance
- Proactively generate new business through leads, reach out calls and re-engaging lapsed customers, including occasional shows and events.
- Work closely with technical, customer service and head office teams to ensure accurate orders, efficient deliveries and up-to-date sales reporting
The Successful candidate:
- Has practical exposure to livestock farming and a solid understanding of ruminant nutrition, feeding practice and animal health
- Ability to sell direct to farm, identify opportunities, and close sales confidently.
- Is self-motivated, organised and comfortable working remotely, monitoring own performance and adjusting approach to hit targets.
- Communicates confidently in person and over the phone
- Confident using MS Office, a smartphone and basic sales systems
- Full Driving Licence
