Overview

At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. You’ll play a key role in creating and running marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You’ll also help design and maintain digital templates that reflect our brand standards.

How you'll make an impact

  • Build and manage marketing campaigns, including email creation, landing pages, and forms.
  • Ensure all designs are responsive, visually appealing, and meet Gallagher’s brand guidelines.
  • Test campaigns using A/B and multi-variant strategies to improve performance.
  • Track and report on campaign results to help us make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in marketing automation and share best practices with the team.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on marketing automation, helping colleagues understand and implement best practices.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure campaigns align with our goals and values.
About You

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for creating responsive designs.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • A knack for explaining complex ideas in simple terms, whether in writing, speaking, or presenting.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Right to work in the UK.
