We are working with a Big 4 Firm to recruit an Employment Tax Manager into their growing Employment Solutions team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing and dynamic team, advising a broad portfolio of clients across both the public and private sectors.
This role offers a strong mix of compliance oversight and advisory work, with a particular focus on employment tax, reward, and payroll matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver employment tax advice across a wide range of areas including reward, benefits, employment status, and payroll compliance
* Manage a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong long-term relationships
* Lead on the delivery of complex advisory projects
* Identify opportunities for additional services and support business development activity
About You
- ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified (or equivalent experience)
* Strong experience in employment tax, ideally within a professional services environment
* Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality advisory work
* Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior team members
