We are working with a progressive and expanding healthcare provider in the Northern Caribbean, offering exciting opportunities for Allied Health professionals to join a modern and supportive medical team.

IMPORTANT: Please note these opportunities require relocation to the Caribbean.

Current Opportunities:

Scrub Technicians

Play a key role in surgical delivery by preparing operating rooms, sterilising instruments, and maintaining a controlled sterile environment.

You will assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during procedures, anticipate surgical needs, and ensure all equipment is handled, prepared, and managed to the highest standards. This role is critical to ensuring efficient and safe surgical outcomes.

Respiratory Therapists

Provide specialised care to patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions across acute and critical care settings.

Responsibilities include administering oxygen therapy, managing ventilator support, monitoring patient progress, and responding to emergencies such as airway compromise or cardiac arrest. You will work closely with clinical teams to optimise patient outcomes in high-pressure environments.

What We’re Looking For:

* Relevant qualification or certification in your specialty

* Eligible for local professional registration

* Minimum 1–2 years’ experience preferred

* BLS required (ACLS preferred for Respiratory Therapists)

* Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

* Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
