PeopleCert is looking for a Senior E-mail Campaigns Associate , responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimisation of global email marketing campaigns, delivering data-driven communications that support commercial objectives, customer engagement, and lifecycle marketing across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end execution of complex, high-volume email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, journey design, content briefing, setup, scheduling, QA, A/B testing, deployment, and post-campaign evaluation.
  • Lead the development and optimisation of automated and lifecycle email journeys (e.g. onboarding, retention, reactivation, upselling).
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency with brand guidelines, GDPR compliance, and timely delivery of all email communications across global markets.
  • Act as the main point of contact for email campaigns, coordinating with Product Marketing, Content, Design, Digital, and Regional teams to align messaging and timelines.
  • Drive continuous optimisation by analysing performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, revenue contribution, and engagement.
  • Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations to improve deliverability, engagement, and ROI.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for email marketing performance.
  • Oversee campaign workflows, prioritisation, and delivery using project management tools (e.g. Wrike, Airtable, or similar).
  • Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance on best practices, QA standards, and campaign execution.
  • Stay up to date with email marketing trends, tools, privacy regulations, and best practices, proactively proposing innovations and improvements.
  • Ensure their work and presence are aligned with company’s core values — quality, innovation, passion, integrity, clarity, and velocity.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in email marketing or digital campaign management, ideally in a multinational or B2C/B2B2C environment.
  • Proven experience managing complex email campaigns and automated journeys at scale.
  • Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired; LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus).
  • Advanced computer literacy is required; ECDL Advanced level certification is desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be considered a plus.
  • Strong experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of customer journeys, segmentation strategies, deliverability best practices, and GDPR requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into optimisation actions.
  • Excellent organisational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
