BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Gate Person to join our construction segment and to be based in Glasgow. The role is working 7.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am - 3.30pm on Fridays out of Chryston High School.

Making Possible

• Control vehicles accessing and exiting the site.
• Direction on site to correct offloading point
• Complying with traffic management plan
• Operating the traffic management plan
• Control of moving vehicles and plant on site.
• Reporting to the site management team on site.
• Pre booking deliveries and recording onto delivery boards.
• Monitor gate access.
• Restrict access to pedestrians/visitors to site.
• Ensure all visitors sign in and out of site.
• Take control of delivery tickets and issue to BAM Management.
• PPE will be provided.

Your team

Working out of Chryston High School you will join an expanding team and you will be working 7.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am - 3.30pm on Fridays.

What do you bring to the role?

• Must hold a valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman ticket and a right to work in the UK.
• Previous experience as a Traffic Marshal/Banksman essential
• Must be reliable and hard working.
